Simulation of the trencher device prototype
Polák, Václav ; Sommer, Matěj (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
The aim of this thesis were a simulation and an analysis of the construction of a prototype of additional trencher equipment. At first an analysation of a prototype and a calculation of load states was made. A simulation was made in a multi body system in program MSC Adams View. According to load states was made a stress analysis in program MSC Apex Jaguar. All acquired results were analysed and according to them changes were made to the frame construction. Part of this thesis contains drawings documenting.
Sheeting of Foundation Pit
Vodáček, Ondřej ; Chalmovský, Juraj (referee) ; Glisníková, Věra (advisor)
First part of the thesis talks about pit sheeting in general, including shafts and trenches as well as pits, however pits are the very main topic and therefore described in details. This part also discusses earth pressure and groundwater issues as applied loads, yet only marginally. Second part demonstrates a particular sheeting structure and its calculation. All presumptions are established here, including double-anchored sheet pile wall geometry, spoken earth pressure loads and groundwater loads plus heavy equipment load during a construction. The calculating process is shown using computer softwares (Plaxis 2D, GEO5) and also in a non-software way using just pen and paper. At the very end of thesis an ultimate limit state (ULS) of sheet piles is assessed, software and non-software results are compared to each other and discussed.
Trencher attachment for a earthmoving machine
Polák, Václav ; Pokorný, Přemysl (referee) ; Kašpárek, Jaroslav (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of creating a deep groove. The search part contains an overview of similar devices offered, including the relevant skid steer loaders. It also deals with safety requirements and legislation. The main part is devoted to the actual design of additional grooving equipment, including calculations of key elements.
The effect of surface grooves on point contacts lubrication
Matoušek, Kamil ; Čermák, Jan (referee) ; Šperka, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with experimental study of the effect of surface grooves on distribution of lubricant film in elastohydrodynamic lubricated point contact. Lubricant film thickness was measured by ball-on-disc apparatus using an optical interferometry technique - thin film colorimetric interferometry. The effects of groove geometry, lubricant and operating conditions were studied in this diploma thesis. The effects of these variables are evaluated based on newly suggested parameter Rgi (groove influence ratio). Groove influence ratio is defined as an influenced film thickness influenced by groove divided by film thickness for smooth surfaces.
